About the event
Led by Calyx Liddick. In this class you will meet some common toxic plants of our region, from mildly toxic species to some of the most toxic species in North America. We'll discuss what makes a plant toxic, different plant constituents, and how we utilize toxic plants in every day life. We will also cover basic plant ID skills and safe foraging practices. Ages 10+
